No warranty on accuracy or timeliness

EarningsTape extracts earnings figures (EPS and revenue) from each company's press-release exhibit automatically. The extraction relies on pattern matching against ordinary-language English text written by humans, and is therefore not perfect. Specific limitations include but are not limited to:

• Some companies report only adjusted, non-GAAP, or pro-forma figures that may not match GAAP results.
• Some press releases bury or split the headline figure across multiple sentences; the parser may extract the wrong number or no number at all.
• Currency, units (millions vs. billions), and parenthetical losses can be misinterpreted in unusual layouts.
• Network delays, SEC throttling, or transient outages may cause a filing to appear later than the timestamp suggests.

For every filing displayed, EarningsTape provides a link to the original 8-K index on sec.gov and a link to the underlying press-release exhibit. Always verify any figure against the original SEC filing before making any decision based on it.

All data is sourced from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's EDGAR system, which is in the public domain. EarningsTape is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the SEC. Trademarks and ticker symbols mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.
